EvolYou is committed to the safety of children and adolescents and to complying with Google Play's policies on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. App audience
EvolYou is intended for users aged 16 or older. It is not directed at children. We do not intentionally collect data from minors under 16.
2. User-generated content
The App has no public feed, no open profiles and no upload of images shared between users in the MVP. Social interactions are limited to predefined notifications (nudges and encouragement messages from fixed templates).
3. Moderation and reporting
Any suspicion of abuse, exploitation or illegal content involving minors must be reported immediately:
- Email: seguranca@evolucorpo.app
- Authorities: reporting channel of the Brazilian Civil Police / Safernet (safernet.org.br)
4. Technical measures
- No free-text messages between users in the MVP.
- Rate limiting on social interactions.
- Partner blocking available at any time.
- Account deletion and data removal in accordance with the LGPD.
