1. Service
EvolYou provides tools for recording body data and habits, and for social comparison between connected partners. The service is provided “as is”, under continuous development.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to accept these terms.
3. Medical disclaimer
EvolYou is not a medical device. Information, charts and comparisons are for informational purposes only. Consult health professionals before diets, intense exercise or significant lifestyle changes.
4. Account and conduct
- You are responsible for the security of your linked Google account.
- Harassment, nudge spam or automated use of the App is prohibited.
- Respect the privacy of your progress partner.
5. Social connections
By accepting a partner, you authorize the sharing of your progress summary according to your privacy settings. You may end the connection at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The EvolYou brand, interface and code belong to the App's owners. Your measurement data remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, decisions made based on the App's data, or temporary unavailability.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD.
