You may request the permanent deletion of your account and of the data associated with EvolYou, in accordance with your right under the LGPD.
Deletion through the app (recommended)
- Open EvolYou and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm the deletion.
- Wait for confirmation — the process is immediate in most cases.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Measurements, habits, connections
and comparisons will be removed or anonymized.
What is deleted
- Profile, body measurements and habit logs.
- Settings and notification token.
- Active connections (ended).
- Google authentication account linked to the App.
What may temporarily remain
- Infrastructure backups for up to 30 days (provider policy).
- Anonymized records of social interactions (with no personal identification).
Deletion by email
If you cannot access the App, send an email to privacidade@evolucorpo.app with the subject “EvolYou account deletion” and the email of the Google account used to sign in. We will reply within 15 business days.
